Make the essential steps clear and understandable, without losing the detail that matters.
Our story
Ready to Respond makes lifesaving skills practical, approachable, and memorable—so more people feel ready to act when someone needs help.
How we teach
Where we began
The work began in 2005, when Danesi trained staff for a Rochester security company. Ready to Respond has served learners since 2008, growing around a straightforward belief: training should help people do more than pass a class. It should help them recognize an emergency, remember what to do, and respond with confidence.
Today, the team brings backgrounds in emergency medical care, health, and safety education to classes for workplaces, schools, community groups, and families.
The way we teach
These three words guide each class, from the first explanation to the last hands-on practice.
Make the essential steps clear and understandable, without losing the detail that matters.
Give learners room to ask questions, practice skills, and participate—not just watch a presentation.
Leave people with a practical foundation they can draw on when a real emergency happens.
